CycleFIT is an energetic indoor cycling studio designed to offer you a powerful ride experience! Our full-sensory rhythm ride is tailored to music and movement that will drive your athletic development through abundant intervals and recovery sections.  Our experienced instructors prioritize class-design that offer a pace which allow you to experience success in a physical and emotionally transformative ride! CycleFIT at Socal features top-of-the-line Stages SC3 Bikes with Gates Carbon Fiber Belt, a direct power measurement and self-generating EcoSCRN console that will display all of your personal power data. Monitor your speed, distance, ride time, heart rate, and estimated calories burned during your CycleFIT class.

Class Options

Ride / TRX

This is a 30 min rhythm-based ride followed by a 30 minute TRX class to focus on whole body & core strength! The high-intensity ride will allow you to get a great workout in a short period of time. This workout is challenging, but it’s also really engaging, so the time goes by quick!

Rhythm Ride 30 & Rhythm Ride 45

This is a rhythm-based class designed to move to the beat of the music, full of energetic choreography and intervals of speed and strength! This high-intensity interval Ride will allow you to get a great workout in a short period of time. This workout is challenging, but it’s also really engaging, so the time goes by quick!

Power Ride 45

45-minute Power Ride uses the Stages bike monitor and metrics to guide the class. Our instructor is well-versed in teaching the rider how to use the monitor in an easy manner. This program is designed to awaken riders to their healthy and max limits on the bike, which increases cardiovascular and athletic gains. No choreography or rhythm riding is present. This ride will surely be an awakening and inspiring experience to embrace your full potential, on the bike!

Strength & Conditioning

45-minute Strength & Conditioning Class designed to add to your functional fitness plan! Gain lean muscle mass and increase your metabolism!

Rules of the Ride


Reserve your ride online to make sure you get one of the 15 spots! Download the Stages Flight App and register for an account before class to track your ride data. Store your items away before class in our cubbies. Silence your phone and do not use it during class as a courtesy to others. If you must leave early, do so quickly and quietly.


Please arrive 15 minutes early to fit your bike. Bring socks, SPD shoes/cleats, and WATER. Cleats are available for rental at $3/pair & FREE for your first ride. Review our safety guidelines and COVID-19 policies here.


Our goal is to harness the group’s energy, by riding as a pack. If you want to do your own thing, please reserve a bike towards the back of the room. A fresh towel will be provided on your bike for use during the duration of your ride.


All bikes will be thoroughly cleaned by our staff after each class, even the ones that were not used.

Bikes are spaced out.

Restrooms will be disinfected before and after every class. All high-touched surfaces will be disinfected.

CycleFit studio and restrooms use Medify’s MA-40 air purifier to clean air with medical grade filtration.

Hand Sanitizer will be available throughout the studio.

Everyone is required to wear masks when entering and exiting the building. Masks may be removed in CycleFit classes once seated on your bike.

Cubbies will be cleaned.
